BYOC - Bring Your Own Canoe (or Kayak)

Do you have a canoe (or kayak)? Would you like to paddle with the Riverkeeper? If so, come on down!

Bring your canoe or kayak to the the Buffalo Street Public Launch (150 Buffalo St.) in Milwaukee's Third Ward for a trip down the Menomonee River. It takes place Saturday July 25th, from 10am - Noon. To register (not required) click on the link below. Oh yeah, and it's FREE!

Milky Moonlight Paddle

It’s our fourth annual moonlit excursion through Milwaukee's downtown, co-sponsored by River Alliance of Wisconsin. This hugely popular event is a great way to see the heart of the city by boat and catch a glimpse of the full moon rising over the Lake Michigan waterfront.

The Wauwatosa Beautification Committee, Inc. proudly present its 15th annual Secret Gardens of Wauwatosa Tour. Tour seven private gardens, plus the beautiful garden at the Kneeland-Walker House, where master gardeners and plant societies will be on hand selling plants, garden related items, and answering garden questions.

Join the Friends of Southbranch Creek and help to restore 2.5 acres of wildlife habitat found along the Creek to its natural state. This wildlife area is currently referred to as the Koch Woodlands and is located at 8461 N Green Bay Rd. in the Village of Brown Deer.
